During the 10th Severance Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Symposium, held on October 20–21 at Yonsei University’s Severance Hospital, Dr. Lee gave a presentation and conducted a live demonstration of a procedure called “Autologous Cocktail Rhinoplasty.”

This technique raises the nasal bridge using only autologous tissues—such as fascia and auricular cartilage—without relying on implants. As a result, it helps avoid complications commonly associated with implant-based rhinoplasty, while also naturally and safely enhancing nose shape in cases where implants may be difficult to use.

The live surgery, held in the 5th Floor Operating Room at Severance Hospital, drew significant attention from the attending plastic surgeons, who were eager to learn more about this innovative approach to nasal surgery.
