Asian Rhinoplasty & Fat Grafting

Patient profile and concerns
Age/Sex: 40s, Asian female
Follow-up: 1 month post-operation
Main concerns: Wide alar base, low nasal base, short bulbous nose, facial volume loss, and heavy upper eyelids.
Objective: To refine and elongate nasal structure, narrow and elevate the nasal base, restore midface volume, and rejuvenate the upper eyelids for a more balanced, youthful appearance.
Surgeries performed
01. Rib cartilage rhinoplasty – Performed using 100% autologous rib cartilage to refine and elongate the nose, improve tip definition, and create natural harmony with the face.
02. Midface augmentation – Enhanced projection and contour of the midface to correct volume loss and improve overall facial proportions.
03. Alar base reduction – Narrowed the nasal base and reduced width for a more refined, elegant nasal appearance.
04. Upper blepharoplasty – Removed excess eyelid skin and reshaped the upper lids to correct heaviness and brighten the eyes.
Recovery and outcome
At 1 month post-operation, the patient shows a more refined nose with improved projection and balance, a narrower alar base, and restored midface contour. The eyes appear brighter and less heavy, contributing to an overall more youthful, harmonious look. Swelling will continue to improve over the following months, with results becoming even more natural.
