Facial Rejuvenation and Rhinoplasty

Patient profile and concerns
Age/Sex: Female, middle-aged
Follow-up: 5 months post-operation
Main concerns: Deeply formed wrinkles on the glabella, heavy brows, jowls, deep nasolabial folds, and facial volume loss.
Objective: To rejuvenate the face by lifting sagging tissue, softening deep wrinkles and folds, restoring midface volume, and refining overall facial balance.
Surgeries performed
01. Extended deep plane facelift: The SMAS and deep tissue layers were dissected and repositioned to lift the midface, smooth nasolabial folds, and correct jowls. Incision made along the ears and follows the natural curve of the earline.
02. Platysma Necklift: Loose neck skin and platysma were tightened to create a more defined and youthful jawline and neckline. Facelift incision extended to reach neck area.
03. Endoscopic forehead browlift: Performed through small hidden incisions behind the hairline, the brows were elevated to correct heaviness and smooth deep glabellar wrinkles.
04. Blepharoplasty: Excess eyelid skin and fat were adjusted to brighten and rejuvenate the eyes, creating a refreshed appearance. Lower blepharoplasty was performed to remove loose skin and reposition fat.
05. Rib cartilage rhinoplasty: 100% autologous rib cartilage was used to refine and reshape the nasal framework, achieving balance with the rejuvenated face.
06. Fat grafting: Patient’s own fat was harvested and injected into hollow areas of the cheeks, nasolabial folds, and midface groove to restore volume and improve overall contour.
Recovery and outcome
The patient recovered well and returned to her daily activities with minimal issues. At 5 months post-operation, her face shows lifted brows with smoother forehead lines, softened nasolabial folds, restored midface volume, and a naturally defined jawline and neckline. Her eyes appear brighter and more youthful, and the refined nose harmonizes with the rest of her facial features.
