Case Summary:
This clinical case presents a patient who underwent a functional–aesthetic rhinoplasty using autologous septal cartilage, combined with wide nasal bone reduction and alar base refinement. The surgery aimed to correct a broad nasal framework, improve tip definition, and achieve a more balanced nasal contour while preserving natural harmony with the patient’s facial features. By reshaping the nasal bones, narrowing the alar width, and reinforcing the tip structure with septal cartilage, the final result shows a slimmer bridge, improved symmetry, and a more refined nasal tip. This case highlights VIP Plastic Surgery’s structured approach to combining functional stability with aesthetic enhancement.
